Shipping and Payment Terms

1. Shipping Costs

We deliver our products within Germany and to the countries listed below. Shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Shipping within Germany:

• Standard Shipping: €4.90

• Free Shipping: For orders over €150.00, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

2. Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer (e.g., for Pre-Orders), delivery of the goods takes place as follows:

• Germany: Within 2–4 business days.

• EU Countries: Within 5–8 business days.

Note on Pre-Orders: For items marked as "Pre-Order," the delivery time starts from the official release date or the specific shipping window stated on the product page.

No delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made alternative agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

3. Information on Calculating the Delivery Date

The period for delivery begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a general public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next business day shall take the place of such a day.

1. Versandkosten

Wir liefern unsere Produkte innerhalb Deutschlands sowie in die nachfolgend aufgeführten Länder. Die Versandkosten werden Ihnen im Warenkorbsystem und auf der Bestellseite nochmals deutlich mitgeteilt.

Versand innerhalb Deutschlands:

• Standardversand: 4,90 €

• Versandkostenfrei: Ab einem Bestellwert von 150,00 € liefern wir innerhalb Deutschlands versandkostenfrei.

2. Lieferzeiten

Sofern im jeweiligen Angebot keine andere Frist angegeben ist, erfolgt die Lieferung der Ware:

• Deutschland: innerhalb von 2–4 Werktagen.

• EU-Ausland: innerhalb von 5–8 Werktagen.

An Sonn- und Feiertagen erfolgt keine Zustellung. Haben Sie Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Lieferzeiten bestellt, versenden wir die Ware in einer gemeinsamen Sendung, sofern wir keine abweichenden Vereinbarungen mit Ihnen getroffen haben. Die Lieferzeit bestimmt sich in diesem Fall nach dem Artikel mit der längsten Lieferzeit, den Sie bestellt haben.

3. Informationen zur Berechnung des Liefertermins

Die Frist für die Lieferung beginnt bei Zahlung per Vorkasse am Tag nach Erteilung des Zahlungsauftrags an das überweisende Kreditinstitut bzw. bei anderen Zahlungsarten am Tag nach Vertragsschluss zu laufen und endet mit dem Ablauf des letzten Tages der Frist. Fällt der letzte Tag der Frist auf einen Samstag, Sonntag oder einen am Lieferort staatlich anerkannten allgemeinen Feiertag, so tritt an die Stelle eines solchen Tages der nächste Werktag.
